There is a whole life under the water. You will need to set an Aquamen NFT in order to unlock the feature. Once you have the Aquamen set, you can swim under the water for a certain time (this is determined by the POW value of the NFT)The Aquamen faction has build several villages under the water and are hiding some secrets. When I first loaded Metaisland in Unreal 5, here is what I got. The Skybox system had lost its parameter and all the lightning was reset! After a couple of days of work, I got this result instead.
